Order Processing & Shipping Times:

Orders received after 12 p.m. EST will not be processed until the following business day. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date the order is received. Certain items may require custom packaging and may include a special packaging fee, as noted in product details. These items will require additional processing time for delivery.

Due to size and/or weight limitations, some items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses or to PO Boxes. Should a problem arise when processing your shipment to an APO/FPO address or a PO Box, we will contact you to make alternate delivery arrangements.

Signature-Required Shipping: Orders over $250 and orders containing one-of-a-kind, irreplaceable items, will be shipped requiring a signature for delivery; UPS will not deliver the package without obtaining a signature. If you would like your order under $250 shipped signature-required, please include a note to that effect in the “Customer Notes” field on your order.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory addresses using the United States Postal Service. Rush Shipping to these destinations is not available.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam addresses do not qualify for promotional shipping prices.

APO-FPO Addresses and PO Boxes: We will ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes using the United States Postal Service. Shipping to APO/FPO address and PO Boxes may cause a slight delay in delivery.

Should a problem arise when processing your shipment to an APO/FPO address or a PO Box, we will contact you to make alternate delivery arrangements.

International Orders: At this time, fireandice.com can only process orders within the United States. If you would like to place an order from outside of the United States, please call our Customer Service Department at (410) 560-6750 x125 and we will be happy to assist you in completing your order.  

Return Policy

  • Returns within 30 days of purchase, in new, unworn/unused condition, accompanied by original receipt or order details/returns form will gladly be accepted for exchange or credit. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date. 50% and 70% off merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Credit Card refunds can only be issued to the card used in the original purchase.
  • Returns beyond 30 days from purchase date and/or without a receipt will be issued as a store credit, for the item’s lowest selling price in the last 90 days.
  • If an item goes on sale within 10 days of purchase, we will honor requests for price adjustments when accompanied by your receipt or order #.
  • Services provided (such as gift wrapping and shipping) are not refundable. Refunds can only be issued for merchandise meeting the above requirements.

With the exception of items damaged in shipment and claimed within the required timeframe, return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. In the event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, with evidence of box tampering, please contact us immediately, so that we may file a claim, and take care of your order.

Please use the shipping carrier most convenient to you. Keep a copy of your shipping record/tracking number for your records. In the event that your package is lost or damaged en route to us, you will need this number to make a claim with the shipping carrier. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package, as Fire & Ice can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment

  • Save the box and all packaging material for inspection by a UPS representative
  • Contact us immediately at customerservice@fireandice.com or (410) 560-6750 ext. 125.
  • In order for UPS claims to be filed, please contact us within 1 business day from the date of delivery. (Weekends and Holidays excluded)
  • Please be ready with your tracking number, a description of the damage, and the condition of the shipping carton.
